Our records indicate that you have purchased one or more of the products listed in Table 1. We are issuing this notification to inform you these products will be discontinued from our portfolio, effective 31 Jan 2027. Please notify the appropriate laboratory/ordering personnel of this upcoming change and refer to Table 2 for the available substitute or replacement products.
As a part of our ongoing efforts to improve our offerings, we will be retiring the Seraseq ctDNA v2 products listed in Table 1 following the launch of our upgraded Seraseq ctDNA v4 reference materials outlined in Table 2. ctDNA v4 products are designed to be direct replacements for ctDNA v2 products. They not only include 93 variants across 71 solid tumor genes but also feature 10-fold less background noise than our prior version, delivering superior value and greater confidence in test results at low variant allele frequencies.
